Dalotia coriaria – Predatory Beetle

How It Works: Dalotia coriaria beetles rove their surroundings in search of prey, moving through substrate, along drainage systems and on plant leaves. Adults and larvae are active and aggressive predators. 

Target Pests:

Best Use: When wanting to prevent or control the above target pests.

Shelf Life: within 1-2 days of receipt.

Step 1: Arrival 

Upon arrival, please ensure that you place the product out immediately or within 1-2 days of receipt. Do not store the product in the refrigerator; instead, place in a cool, dark location at around 14°C until use.

Step 2: Placement ​

Shake the bottle or bucket gently before use. Place the product evenly on all the plant pots, slabs, or beds you would like to treat. ​

Step 3: Repeat Applications

To keep a predatory beetle in your crop, you will want to introduce additional cylinders every 6-8 weeks or when you pot up, change the plants growing medium, or bring in a new crop.

Most of our products contain living organisms; therefore, we must follow specific procedures to guarantee their safe transportation from our door to yours.

  • All orders received before Wednesday (3:00 pm EST) will ship the following week.
  • If there is a holiday the ship day will be delayed one (1) business day.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Have your order sent to a physical address or direct to a UPS/Purolator Depot.
  • We do not ship to territories.
  • We do not offer local pickup for any purchases made on our website.

Due to wildlife regulations in Newfoundland and Labrador, we require a copy of your permit to possess & import live wildlife before we can send you beneficial insects.
