Returns
No product returns under any circumstances.
Cancelations and Refunds (if applicable)
Order cancelations or modifications must be requested by email before the weekly shipment deadline (Wednesday 2pm EST); if you need to make any changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible!
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after 2 pm EST, Wednesday of the ordering week.
Warranty Policy
All Koppert products are guaranteed to arrive at your location alive. If you have concerns that your order may have been damaged, please contact us immediately by e-mail. If appropriate, we will replace your order free of charge or issue a full refund. Order replacements will ship the following week.
All complaints must be reported to Koppert Canada within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
