Scientific name: Muscidifurax raptorellus
Common name: Parasitic wasp
Best used: on stable flies (Musca domestica and Fannia spp.) and biting stable flies (Stomoxys spp.) on dry manure.
Works by: females parasitize the above fly pupae. After parasitism, wasps of the new generation can be expected in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Pack sizes:
- 15,000 parasitized pupa in a paper bag with wood chips and millet chaff.
- 150,000 parasitized pupa in a cardboard cylinder with wood chips.
