We have noticed an uptick in unauthorized sellers on FB Marketplace, Kijiji, and other re-sellable platforms. These “unauthorized distributors” are purchasing products (mainly sachets) and re-selling them singularly.

Now this wouldn’t normally be a problem, however almost all of our products need to be used within 1-2 days after receipt from us. Storing any products for any length of time, past the expiration date or under conditions different from those listed on the package will have a negative effect on quality and function.

If needed sachets can be stored for 1-2 weeks from the week number noted on the product, in a dark place at 14C. These exact two weeks will be shown on the batch code. For example, on each sachet and on the box the sachets come in you will see something like this:

05430DI 7787 8E/99 WK 28/29

sachets and their batchcode

This shows that this specific batch of sachets should only be stored/sold during weeks 28/29. After these weeks, if they are not already on the plants, they are no longer viable. Please do not purchase any sachets from resellers if you do not know how they were stored OR if they are past their expiration date.
