Chrysoperla carnea or The Green Lacewing – Predatory Insect

How It Works: Once the Chrysoperla carnea larvae have hatched from their eggs, the larvae will attack prey, sucking out their body fluids. They are nocturnal, mostly feeding at night.
Target Pests:
- Controls all species of aphids, thrips (Onion thrips, Western flower thrips, and Impatiens thrips), and mealybugs (Long-tailed mealybug and Citrus mealybug)
 - Feeds on caterpillar eggs
 
Best Use: When wanting to control the above pests in outdoor field crops like cut flowers, cannabis, hops, etc.
Shelf Life: Within 1-2 days of receipt.

Difficult to Spot: This predatory mite is hard to see after release.
 - Nocturnal Behavior: After release, they remain hidden during the day and only feed at night.
 - Egg Clusters: Avoid placing too many eggs together on one leaf. This is to ensure proper distribution and product effectiveness.
