Lecanicillium muscarium Ve6 – Entomopathogenic Fungus

Active Ingredient: 1x10¹⁰ cfu (viable Lecanicillium muscarium Ve6 spores)/gram.

How It Works: After application, Mycotal spores germinate and grow into hyphae that penetrate the pest's body, destroying its tissues. The fungus then emerges through the cuticle, spreading spores to infect other pests. Mycotal works through direct contact and, under optimal conditions, eliminates pests within 7-10 days.

Target Pests: Controls all stages of whiteflies, except eggs. 

Best Use: in low UV, high humidity conditions.

Shelf Life: up to 6 months when refrigerated. The expiry date of the product can be found on the packaging when received. 

Step 1: Arrival 

Upon arrival, please ensure that you place the product out immediately or within the best-before date on the package. Store the product in the fridge between 2-6°C.

Step 2: Preparation

Take the required amount of Mycotal. For optimal effectiveness, combine with an adjuvant. Mix with 3-4 litres of water (15-20°C) per 500 grams of Mycotal and stir into a slurry. Fill the spray tank with the required amount of water. Empty the slurry into the spray tank and stir thoroughly. Add the correct amount of adjuvant to the Mycotal spray solution and mix thoroughly. Spray immediately after preparation.

Step 3: Application

Mycotal can be applied with regular high-volume spray equipment. Spray to wet. Avoid runoff. Thorough leaf coverage is essential for the best results. Direct the spray onto the underside of the leaves and to the growing points. Make sure to keep stirring the spray solution during application. For optimal results, repeat the Mycotal treatment at the specified interval to target new juvenile stages as they emerge and break the pest life cycle.

If there is a holiday the ship day will be delayed one (1) business day.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Have your order sent to a physical address or direct to a UPS/Purolator Depot.

We do not ship to territories.
