Step 1: Arrival
Upon arrival, please ensure that you place the product out immediately or place in the fridge between 2-6C. Use the entire package before the best-before date, which can be found on the back of the product box.
Step 2: Environmental Conditions
- Soil and air temperatures must be between 5-34C.
- Do not use in direct sunlight. Best applied during a cloudy or rainy day or later in the evening.
- For foliar application, spray Entonem when relative humidity exceeds 75% for several hours after treatment.
Step 3: Preparation
- Remove the sachets from the box and keep them at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Empty the contents of the sachets into a bucket containing at least 2 liters of water per sachet (water temperature: 15-20°C/59-68°F).
- Stir well and leave the contents to soak for five minutes.
- Stir again and pour the contents of the bucket into the unit you are using to apply the product.
- Apply directly after preparation of the spray solution.
Nematodes can be applied by a hose-end sprayer, watering can spray tank, airblast sprayer, sprinkler system, irrigation system, backpack sprayer, or vehicle-mounted spray unit.
- To avoid blockage, all filters should be removed, especially if finer than 0.3 mm (50 mesh).
- Use a maximum pressure of 20 bar/290 psi (on nozzle).
- The spray nozzle opening should be at least 0.5 mm (500 microns – 35 mesh) - preferably high flow rate cone nozzle types.
- Avoid sprayers equipped with centrifugal or piston pumps
- Water temperature must not exceed 25°C/77°F
If using a spray tank:
- Maintain agitation of the mixture in the tank (e.g. with a recirculation pump). Continuous mixing should take place to prevent nematodes from sinking to the bottom of the spray tank.
- Fill the spray tank with the required amount of water.
- If you are tank mixing with a compatible product, add Larvanem at the end to a filled tank.
Step 4: Application
- Distribute the solution evenly over the soil/medium or plant surface you are treating.
- Soil Rate: 250,000-500,000 nematodes per meter square.
- Foliar Rate: 1-3mill nematodes per liter.
- Keep soil moisture high after application. When possible irrigate the crop before and right after application.

Step 5: Repeat Applications
This all depends on the pest you are trying to treat. Please reach out if you are unsure about the application schedule.
