Aphidius colemani – Parasitic Wasp

How It Works: Adult Aphidius colemani emerge from aphid mummies and begin laying eggs inside live aphids. As the next generation of parasitic wasps develops, the aphid transforms into a leathery mummy. The adult wasp later emerges through a small hole at the rear of the mummy. 

Target Pests:

• Controls the cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii), tobacco aphid (Myzus persicae var. nicotianae), and peach-potato aphid (Myzus persicae var. persicae).

Best Use:

• When wanting to prevent the above aphids
• In aphid hotspots

Important Information for Use:

• Immediate Action: This product starts working as soon as it is introduced to the plants. However, visible results, such as aphids turning into mummies, will become noticeable after 14-21 days.
