Description: Parasitic wasp Aphelinus abdominalis
Best Used: as a preventative on the Potato Aphid, the Glasshouse Aphid, and the Tobacco/Peach Potato Aphids
Works by: Females will parasitize the aphid, the aphid will then convert into a black leathery coloured mummy. The first mummies are noticed in the crop around 2 weeks after the first introduction. A new parasitic wasp will hath out of the mummy. Host feeding also takes place.

Suggested Application Rate: 0.25-4/m2, depending on pest pressure and crop type.
Packaging: 100 ml bottle contains mummies mixed with wood-chips, from which 500 parasitic wasps hatch
